Refunds
Because we guarantee that all parts we sell are new and unused and we lose control of them once they leave our possession, we unfortunately can not accept returns; all sales are final once they have been shipped. Please be sure of what you are ordering before placing your order.
Exchanges
We will replace any item that arrives damaged. If something your ordered from our website arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at INFO@KodiakDefence.com. Include in your email:
- your full name;
- your mailing address including postal code;
- a contact telephone number;
- your Sales Receipt/Invoice Number (found in the top righthand corner of your receipt);
- a brief description of what’s wrong; and
- a photo of the damage.
Do not return items without preauthorization.
Missing Items
If your order arrives but is incomplete, please contact us immediately at INFO@KodiakDefence.com and let us know. We’ll make it right and ensure that the responsible individual is beaten and shamed for his transgression. Please include in your email:
- your full name;
- your mailing address including postal code;
- a contact telephone number;
- your Sales Receipt/Invoice Number (found in the top righthand corner of your receipt); and
- what’s missing.
Missing Order
If your order fails to arrive, please track your order before contacting us. If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam folder for communication from us. Finally, email INFO@KodiakDefence.com and let us know. Please include in your email:
- your full name;
- your mailing address including postal code;
- a contact telephone number;
- your Sales Receipt/Invoice/Order Number; and
- your tracking number.
