Not sure why no one has posted a review on here. I have a generation 1 that has performed fine for several years. I saw a good deal on a generation 2 so figured what the heck. So far I’m enjoying it! Tolerances are way tighter. Upper is more solid. Charging handle doesn’t reciprocate. Trigger still not great and I was getting a sore finger. I’ve ordered a Trigger Tech. I tightened all screws before first outing and all went well!

I own a gen 1 that I got a few years ago before the release of the gen 2. I’ve seen alot of complaints on forums where people complain about the gen 1 and it “falling apart”, and the best I can assume is that some screws are not super tightened, so they come loose with firing. This just shows that they didn’t take the time to take the gun apart, clean and lubricate all the working parts, put it back together and snug it all up, and it will work fine.
The only issue I had was the set screws on the gas block came loose, so it wouldn’t cycle and became a bolt rifle on the range till I got it home. Blue loc-tite and its never an issue again. Don’t like the trigger, drop a trigger tech trigger right in and it works even better. If I knew that the gen 2 was coming out, I would have waited because the upper reciever is great on the gen 2 comparatively, less areas for dust to get into the upper.
Seriously, this is a great rifle and is well worth it if your looking for a budget conscious gun, I have put 1000+ rounds through it and its still perfect.

seen some bad reviews. not sure those people know what they are doing. cant take it out of the box and start blasting. needs loctite and some oil. mine has more than 2000 rounds through it and never once had any issues. i really like this rifle alot.
